If you would like to begin with a free 15-minute consultation, you can do so through Jane App by creating an account and booking your free consultation. Look for appointment type and select 15-minute free consultation.
Booking
Appointments are booked through Jane App, the secure online booking system for Full Circle Child & Youth Therapy.
Through Jane App, parents and caregivers can request appointments, complete forms, update information, and manage bookings.
Fees and insurance
Full Circle Child & Youth Therapy is a fee-for-service practice.
Individual therapy sessions: $255/ 50min
Parent consultation sessions: $255/ 75 min
Additional individualized regulation mapping and care guides are available upon request.
Insurance Information
Direct billing is available for many insurance plans when supported by the provider.
Families are responsible for confirming that their insurance plan covers services provided by a Registered Clinical Social Worker (RCSW).
Parent consultation
Parent consultation may be offered as part of the therapeutic process.
These appointments provide space to better understand your child’s patterns, regulation needs, emotional responses, and family context.
The goal is to support parents and caregivers with practical, developmentally attuned guidance.
